Linda, Victoria, and Michael Solesski, minors, by their guardian ad litem, brought this action against Oregon Automobile Insurance Company, under the uninsured motorist section of an automobile comprehensive insurance policy, to recover $7,500 for the wrongful death of their mother. The trial court determined that payment of the policy limits to the childrens stepfather fully acquitted the insurance company. The children, through their guardian ad litem, appeal.
